Project Title: Documentation of Exemplary Practices in Non-Farm Livelihood Initiatives
Introduction:
Kudumbashree National Resource Organisation (NRO) has been instrumental in implementing non-farm livelihood projects across various partner states, funded by the National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM). Building on the successful experiences from Kerala, Kudumbashree NRO aims to document exemplary practices in non-farm livelihood initiatives undertaken in the state. These initiatives encompass sustainability of Block Resource Centres (BRC), Community Resource Person for Enterprises Promotion (CRP EP) and Community-based marketing.
Objective:
The primary objective of this assignment is to meticulously capture the processes and details of each initiative for creating comprehensive learning materials. These materials, in the form of videos will serve as a valuable knowledge base for sharing with NRLM, State Rural Livelihood Missions (SRLMs), and a wider audience for future replication and improvement.
Scope of Work:
The documentation process will span across four districts of Kerala, namely Kasargod, Wayanad, Idukki, Alappuzha and in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. The selected agency will be responsible for capturing the processes of each initiative in a professional manner, ensuring all relevant details are comprehensively covered.
Key Deliverables:
- From Kerala
3 High-quality video documentation highlighting the processes and practices of each initiative.
60—70 High resolution photographs of different stakeholders and enterprises
- Form Rajasthan
1 high quality video community -based tourism interventions, HD video on provides a glimpse of the community- based tourism initiative, around 80-90 high resolution photographs and A detailed photo book compiling the experiences of different stakeholders involved in the Community based tourism. 30-40 high- resolution photographs
Proposal Requirements:
Interested agencies with relevant qualifications and experience are invited to submit technical and financial proposals for consideration. The proposals should clearly outline the methodology, approach, team composition, timeline, and budget for the documentation project in the prescribed templates
