Kudumbashree-NRO calls for applications from interested persons for the position of State Project Coordinator. General conditions of application and format for application are provided.

Position: State Project Coordinator- Convergence Domain Responsibilities:

1. Will be supporting the State Mission Management Unit of SRLM
2. Will be responsible for developing a monitoring mechanism for the State
3. Will be supporting SRLMs in liaising with other stakeholders at the State Level
4. Will be responsible for documenting impact stories and best practices in the State
5. Will be responsible for developing the content of modules, IEC materials for project
6. Will be responsible for assisting mentors for all field-level
7. Will be responsible for managing workshops on the PRI-CBO Convergence
8. Will have to carry out the responsibilities assigned by Programme Manager and Chief Operating Officer from time to time.

Qualification and Experience

1. Masters in social work, Management, Rural Management, Development, Public Administration, or Community Development or an equivalent course from - Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Azim Premji University, Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA), Indian Institutes of Management \ (IIM), Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) or Institutes of similar repute
2. Minimum two years of experience in working with the SHG network after completion of post-graduation as of September 1st, 2023
3. Understanding of SRLMs and NRLM is
4. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
5. Willingness to travel for work.
6. Good interpersonal skills and strong documentation skills
7. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
8. The candidate should be willing to work in any of the NRO partner states/UT

Pay Details

Terms of appointment

The appointment to all the above positions shall be on an annual contract basis. The contract may be renewed, subject to review of performance of the incumbent and continuation of the NRO Project. Consolidated monthly remuneration fixed according to the pay details as approved will be paid.

Selection Process

The applicants will be selected through a multi-stage selection process:

1. Short-listing of suitable candidates based on review of application in the prescribed

3. Group Discussions, Presentations and/or Personal Interviews for final selection
