She completed her undergraduate degree in Political Science (Honours) from the University of Calcutta. She subsequently completed the Teach For India Fellowship, where she gained hands-on experience in advancing educational equity through community engagement. She later pursued a Master’s degree in Development at Azim Premji University, Bengaluru, which further deepened her understanding of and interest in gender, mental health, and governance
