State Project Coordinator

Subham holds a Master’s in Development Studies from IIT Guwahati, where his research focused on the intersections of politics, religion and society. Currently, he is working as a State Project Coordinator with Kudumbashree NRO, leading initiatives on social mobilization, livelihood promotion, and institution building. His expertise lies in development policy and grassroots mobilization, backed by prior internships with WWF, state legislative bodies, and sustainability-focused organizations. He brings strong competencies in project coordination, research, and data analysis (STATA, Excel), enabled him to bridge academic insights with impactful field-level interventions.
