Simi is a graduate in Mathematics with an MA in Sociology and a PG Diploma in Rural Development Management. She has led capacity-building initiatives and developed participatory tools to empower rural women and enhance local governance working with the DAY-NRLM SHG network. Her expertise spans program management, stakeholder engagement, and policy dialogue, particularly in gender, local governance, convergence and localizing Sustainable Development Goals. With over a decade of experience, she focus on creating inclusive growth and driving impactful community interventions.
