Ashwajit completed his Bachelor’s in Social Work at Mahatma Gandhi Antarrashtriy Hindi Vishwa Vidyalaya in Wardha, building a foundational understanding of social welfare and community development. He further specialized in Disability Studies & Action during his Master’s in Social Work (MSW) at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. Ashwajit has hands-on experience in assessing food enterprises, training programs, field coordination, and collaborating with mentors. His skills extend to planning, implementation, and leadership, making him adept at guiding community-based initiatives and development projects.
