Alby leads the learning services domain at Kudumbashree NRO, where she designs and manages knowledge-sharing platforms for various stakeholders, partner states, and other non-government organisations. She has been with KSNRO since 2023 and she is responsible for overseeing the internship programs and collaboration with academic institutions to provide hands-on learning opportunities. Alby has previously worked on zoonotic diseases and community health research at the Center for Wildlife Studies Bengaluru( CWS), where she was involved in planning, designing, and executing the project and performed epidemiological analysis. She also volunteered for the CHITRA project by the Institute of Public Health Bengaluru for the vaccination drive program among tribal communities in Chamarajanagar District. She holds a Master’s in Public Health from Mangalore University.
