the preparation and monitoring of the Village Prosperity and Resilience Plan (VPRP) and enhanced community awareness on their rights, entitlements, resources, and responsibilities, and strengthened follow-up with Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) and line department stakeholders. This has led to stronger entitlement linkages, fulfillment of public goods demands, and proactive initiatives for social development. The strengthening of convergence platforms such as Panchayat Level Federation – Social Action Committees, Anganwadi Level Monitoring and Support Committees, School Management Committees, and Village Health Sanitation and Nutrition Committees across six intervention districts has also deepened engagement with Village Panchayats and line departments, and demonstrated the importance of community ownership and involvement in public institutions delivering essential services.  Recognizing their collective strengths, gaining clarity on convergence mechanisms, and understanding their roles, communities are now working towards sustainable development with enhanced confidence and knowledge.   The activities undertaken, institutions strengthened, and resources developed through this project will forever  contribute...
