Meghna Sen is a development professional with expertise in local self-governance, rural development, and policy-making. She is proficient in participatory planning, capacity building, and project management, with a focus on stakeholder engagement. Meghna has contributed to the national roll out of PRI-CBO Convergence and Village Prosperity Resilience Plan, for the Ministry of Rural Development. She holds a Master’s degree in Development from Azim Premji University and a Bachelor’s in Agriculture, from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology And Sciences with hands-on experience in community development and governance initiatives.
